Just one night, we have been pretending to have a good time in a bar while in the East Village, and afterwards we remembered we could just head to Katz’s in its place. On weekdays, the Reduce East Side pastrami institution is open right up until 11pm. But on Friday, they open their doors at 8am, and don't close them right up until 11pm on Sunday.
